    With reference to the reply below;

    ‘Hi Ken,
I do understand what you are saying and sometimes Argos will have items on offer that other retailers do not and vice versa. If you would like us to check on the price of a particular item you can send us a message on Facebook or Twitter using the links below and mentioning Trust Pilot

I would very much like you to check on the price that you are selling the Fuji X-T2 c/w 18-55 lens for. I understand that different retailers will offer different price promotions at different times. However you are advertising this product at £150 off, whilst charging £250 more than it would cost from any other retailer, including direct from fuji themselves. Surely this must be an error?

    Kind regards,

We purchased an Acer computer december 2017 yesterday if failed to turn on after several attempts got it working. The battery was charged. It seems to be holding charge for less than 2 hours please advise on how to deal wth hours this clearly battery should be 6 or 7 and the machine should turn on immediately all i got was blank screen with mouse pointer in middle.

I purchased an xbox controller in January this year, 4 months later the A button is stuck in and it’s unusable.
I paid for it by Giftcard (sons Christmas present from his nan) so he could pick the one he wanted and do not have a receipt. I purchased it in Argos christchurch, dorset branch as I have a collection number 256903, which no one can find.
I have been in store and shown The item which is literally brand new with The button stuck in. I was given a phone number to call which I did on my return, which was a total waste of time as Microsoft wanted nothing to do with it as I didn’t purchase it from them.

The item is exclusive to Argos so I don’t understand of an item is faulty why you will not replace it?? £30 is not cheap for a child. This is appalling customer service. Am I unexpected to keep every receipt even when I’m happy with an item??? Or should I expect every item i purchase from Argos to only last a couple of months?

The little understanding from Storm and Jen in the Castlepoint store was poor, reciting a line from a training manual.

I look forward to your response and hopefully resolution of this.

    Mrs Yates

I Called Argos customer service on Monday 23/07/2018 as I had a problem with telescopic poles on vacuum cleaner which had already been replaced.
I Have to say how disappointed I was when George the customer service rep asked me to phone around the Argos stores in the area to see if they had the part.
I advised him that it was his job to do this and not mine.
He did then call the Dunfermline store and advised they would give me the part if I took the faulty part in as long as I had not broken it myself. NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have to say the staff at the Dunfermline store were great and could not be anymore helpful and they couldn’t believe it when I told them I had been asked to phone around the stores myself.
I think some of the customer service staff require some training.

Hello, yesterday I bought a camera Fujifilm FinePix XP130 from Unit A2 Regents Park, Salford, Manchester and was charged £199.00, Yet Argos in Hulme has the same camera for £179.99. So I over paid by £20.00. Can I please get £20.00 back? It would definitely not be fair if I did not get the difference back. I do a lot of shopping at Argos.
Hoping to hear from you soon. Kind regards Len Fisher
