    I have been banned from your Asda shop in Mitcham, Surrey CR4 for something as innocuous as refusing to push back an empty melon basket outside. The empty basket was one of the two empty melon baskets in front. It was slightly separated from the other three baskets certainly to enable access to the two other baskets behind which still contain melons.I used that small access to pick two melons from the two baskets behind. Your young black security officer commanded me to push the basket back together with the others. I refused and told him that I found it that way because he was so impolite. He confronted me, pushed me and endeavoured to take my trolley from me but I held unto my trolley and told him “son don’t put your hands on me again”. He then asked me to leave the shop but I refused.So he said that I won’t be allowed to pay for my shopping and instructed the Tills accordingly. He followed me around whilst shopping and at the end my shopping (more than £100 worth of shopping) followed me to the Till, commanded the young Lady at the Till not to serve me and to close her Till. She did exactly as commanded. I was very mortified and called the Police for advise. The Police advised me to leave the shop and make a civil complaint and/or contact a Solicitor if I want. However I think it is more appropriate to complain the Office first. Before contacting the Police I did ask if I could speak to the Shop manager but no one responded to me. And I could not see the ID of the security Officer in question.

    I am 50 years old, married with four children the eldest being 17 years. An Economics graduate of the University of London. I spent not less £500 every month shopping at Asda because it is my favourite shop.Usually I shop at your supermarket at Beddington lane, Croydon, surrey and I they can attest to my good character. Occasionally I shop in Mitcham because my Office is located there.

    This incident took place on Thursday 8/9/16 at 19:11 and the case reference from the Police is CHS35515.

    Anyone who knows me knows how much I love great customer service 👌👍tonight in asda the lovely Joan on the till helped bag my shopping and said I am going to bag all your raw meat in a free from the 5p bag charge as it is free due to cross contamination I have just read it in my handbook 👌Asda ….Joan is a great asset to your company and has amazing customer service and I hope she gets rewarded with the glowing report I left at your customer service desk 🤗hi 5 to Joan ✋all ways good to report great customer service and no just the bad 👍👍

    Imam writing to EVERY supermarket that I use t ask, no BEG, you PLEASE start doing lamb burgers, lamb meatballs, lamb grill steaks, etc, WITHOUT MINT SAUCE. My family &I loathe the stuff, but every thing you buy has it already added. We can’t be the only family in the country that hate mint added to everything that contains lamb.

    Is it normal policy to refuse to exchange/refund a faulty mobile phone that I owned for five days?I have produced the receipt along with all unused accesorys the only problem is I have no box.The store refused point blank stating the box is the most important part of the transaction!I thought this would be the phone that I understood was sold by you to the consumer to be fit for purpose? The Manager said it was not there policy.Could you explain where it states that the box must be retained in case of fault?There are NO signs or any verbal warning of this given at time of purchase.The only advice given was that keep youre RECIEPT in case of any faults.I am now the owner of a faulty phone and £25 out of pocket!I would be happy with any feedback.

    My daughter has had a very poor experience of your customer services team in your Southampton store. She has been trying to return an item (from misguided) using Asda, as this has been offered as a service. My daughter is 19 but has additional needs and has asked for help to read and understand the instructions so that she can return the item correctly. She has just been told by your customer services team that this is not their job. She is now very upset and anxious. This was her first attempt to return an item without her parents support and you have entirely failed her and made her feel awful. She has a disability, not one that can be seen, but has asked for help and received none. You have not supported her independence but have made her feel that she has to be dependent on her parents for a long time to come. If you offer a returns service for other stores, please make sure that your staff have a good understanding of what should be their job and please educate your staff to support people with additional needs.

    Hello, I’m vegan and do love your range of vegan food you have in your free from and frozen range. My issue is that every asda that I visit meat which is a murdered animal is alway place directly above or beneath or next to vegan and vegetarian products, I’m sure I’m not the only person who thinks this is a little disrespectful and as a customer I feel that my choice isn’t valued.
    Please could you look into this issue as 7% of the uk population are vegan 🌱

    Again we have had a Asda delivery van park on our drive when they are delivering to our next door neighbour, above the garage there a clear number showing whose drive it is. when we mentioned it to the driver he said “am I and shrugged his shoulders in an arrogant way. The driver was from the Ashton Under Lyne branch, vehicle reg: Y667WFX, previously there was another driver with the same attitude vehicle reg: YB67WGA. I am sure that If was visiting a neighbour next door to them and parked on their drive they would not be happy! We have spoken to customer services and the manager at the branch and nothing as changed. We shop at Asda and spend hundreds of pounds per month, it appears that they are willing loose our business due to arrogant and ignorant drivers. Delivery drivers should not unless authorised park on anybodies driveway. Asda we think that you need to re-educate your drivers in having respect for peoples property, they seem to forget that it is we the customer who pays their wages.

    Im just out of hospital aftwr surgery i cant get tp shops as i can varley walk i have a toddler at home too so i thought id take away the stress and do an online shopping booked slot 6-8pm today and still no delivery. Phoned customer services to say it shpuld arrive tonight and theyll refund my delivery fee i feel so disappointed with this service this is the 2nd time ive used tour home delivery i have no milk or fruit for my son in the norning and no way of getting to a shop.

    I have just returned from your Oadby store where I was hoping to buy 4/5 of your free from pizzas ( cheese & tomato and pepperoni) but only found 1 on the self and was told by a member of staff that there were no more in stock.This was not the first time as I have been in this store before also your Corby branch several times.My grand daughter who is a newly diagnosed Coeliac found these are the only one she likes.As more people are wanting these surely you should be stocking more.She will be disappointed that she cannot have them for her birthday party this weekend.look forward to your comments

    I am one of a group of about 12 people in my area of Crossgates who regularly use the Asda free shopping bus. We are very upset that this is being withdrawn as it is very important to us, having no private transport. The bus stops are too far away and therefore out of the question, a taxi each way would be too expensive. I am aware I can shop on line, but it is a poor substitute for in-store shopping.

    Is there any possibility that this bus service could be kept running and helping local people to shop in your store at Killingbeck?

    I want to say a huge thank you to someone called Hanif at the Wembley store. The store was closing and after a horrific journey my daughter and I needed the toilet only to find the store closing. The security guy insisted we couldn’t go in but Hanif came to our rescue and let us in very quickly to use your facilties. He showed such kindness and empathy to our situation and I want to make sure he gets the Thank you he deserves from us..

    Bought 2 of the ASDA ready rolled pizza dough yesterday to have for lunch today. Everyone add the to pings they wanted, popped them in the oven and one came out great and the other inedible, raw pastry. Popped that one back in the oven for another 10 mins and it was still inedible. 2 people had a great lunch, 2 people had the to pings scraped off a pizza for their lunch. Vile is only word to describe it. Have the boxes but not the receipt and quite frankly, I’m not digging around in my bin to find a receipt for £2.00. Wasted more money on toppings
