    Been told by hermes only my retailer is able to complain on my behalf!

    im getting really fed up with this service I purchased a returns label to send back a parcel to JD. the confirmation email contained no attachment to print a label so I still have the parcel. I contacted live chat who said they didn’t have the information to help and to send an email. I have sent two emails already and got the same response as the first, as parcel being returned to retailer not able to see details to resolve this issue so contact myhermes returns by email.that is what ive done twice!! there is no way of getting through on any contact numbers to speak to anyone, can someone just send me the return label attachment ??? please give me the exact email address I need to use.

    My parcel was collected on 31st Oct. Tracking number is 3423107622213486. It is returns to Jacques Vert. It still hasn’t arrived.

    I had a delivery by Hermes, however, I didint recive anything and when I tracked it online it said to have be delived to recpetion however we don’t have one, now its comng up as posted in the mailbox however it would be too big for a mailbox too.

    An Amazon parcel was meant to be delivered today to 36 Hodder Drive, Perivale, Greenford UB6 8LL. I had a message that a delivery was attempted on Friday 31st and re-delivery was today. I waited in all day for this delivery and it did not arrive. There was no tracker for this parcel and only just found your contact details. When is the next delivery please.

    Ibought and paid for a return label yesterday morning paid threw paypal, l still havent recived the label to print out. After emails phone calls im really dissapointed with this serice.phoned your numbers to be told it had changed tried calling again still impossible to speak to anyone. your customer service is very poor l will not be using this company again, please send return label, as l have a parcel to return to M&M Direct, asap, thank you

    Your courier arrived at my house last night at 7-15pm, I said, your working late, he replied, you are effing lucky to get this, I said, dont swear at me, he said it was his effing day off, I said thats not my problem, I signed the HHT he handed me the parcel, and I shut the door, not happy.

    Made contact with Hermes re:parcel return to Damart. Paid “£2.99 by Debit Card and printed label as instructed. Parcel due to be collected on Thursday, 21st December. To date Courier has not called. Please ensure that parcel is collected by 23rd December as I will not be available from that date.

    Disappointed with service.

    Hi, I have tried several times to complain about 2 parcels that were tried to be delivered on 14th Dec, I have a tracking number for one 3228287245959385 & one from Qvc. The first parcel the seller said she has a tracking advice saying it was signed for. I do not have any of these parcels so I would like to know who has signed for them? I am going to contact QVC about the other item. I have tried ringing yourselves with no success as I feel the delivery driver is at fault. He only attempted one delivery & put a card through with no subsequent attempts.

    The driver has only delivered one of my parcels, I know where the confusion is, he has dropped off 2 bags from one order and assumed that there is one bag per order however this is not the case and I have physically only signed for one parcel. I urgently need this to be delivered as it is for a birthday in the morning, please can you advise

    Why on earth was my parcel weighing 10kgs delivered to No.36 Brownhill Road when my address was perfectly clear as No 9. It was quite a walk for me as the lady had put a note through my door as Hermes did not come to my home or put a card through the door as I have been in all day. I am 83yrs. old and can do without worries like this. I am absolutely disgusted and would not rate your service with half a star never mind 5. Mrs P. Heading

    i am so annoyed with your delivery service on 22.03 18
    I left a note on my door to say knock on my neighbors I reached home by 12/20 the driver said he tried to deliver ( nonsense)
    thinking it would come on Saturday i stayed home all day
    then i looked at tracking it said your parcel will be delivered today hence another day wasted
    the tracking say they tried 26.3.18 to deliver at 20.02 again this is not true as i was home I will have to inform QVC of your very poor service

    Hi, I have booked a parcel for collection on Wed 9th. May., i.e. 2 days time., Unfortunately I do not have a working printer, Nor do I know anyone who has such a thing. Therefore, I am UNABLE TO PRINT OFF THE LABELS. Will you please cancel the courier for Wednesday and send me an email to confirm?
    Also will you please post the labels to me?

    One of your drivers delivering in Mayfield grove CW8 2lt drove into my daughters car and damaged it on Monday 7th May . My other daughter saw her but by the time she had got outside she had gone. It is a lady delivery driver in a people carrier style van

    Had a email staying parcel had been delivered & signed for by the customer but I was not in. Checked with my neighbours on my floor and they did not have it. Got a knock from someone four floors below me and they had it. Need to get couriers glasses I think. Keep having problems with this company, wish suppliers would use Royal Mail, at least I can go to the parcel office the next day and collect it.
