    I am writing in reference to a delivery (ORDER NUMBER 117348056) that I was meant to receive Thursday 27th October. It was all set to be delivered to my home address as I got a message via Hermes Tracker that it was due to be delivered (message sent 09:50am).

    By 5pm nothing had arrived so I called H&M Customer Service and was told that the item of clothing had gone to the wrong depot and I should receive it today between 8am-8pm.

    I have spent all day waiting for the delivery and watching the delivery tracker on my phone. Just had a look now and have read the message that says delivery attempt was made. That is a lie. I have been my flat all day since yesterday and missed two appointments.

    I have not received the item of clothing I bought online and ordered 25th of October. No attempt has been made to deliver to my address.

    I am very unhappy with the delivery service, first sent my item of clothing is sent to the wrong depot area and now we have a courier who has categorically lied and said they attempted to deliver the item when they haven’t. As a result of this incompetrency, I would like a full refund.

    Hi in September i purchased a store voucher for my grandaughter i boght it in the blackburn branch she lives in devon unfortunatly shse never collected the voucher from the post office i now believe it has been distroyed in belfast is there any way i could reedeme another card i still have the receipt as i am sure you could check to make sure this has not been used.Thankyou

    My daughter ordered some clothes for Christmas on 11th December, she returned all but 2 items on 14th December. After tracking the return, it arrived to H&M on 17th December 2016. I purchased this order using my Mastercard (in the name of Mrs Debra Robinson) but as yet haven’t received my refund of £53.36. I would be very grateful if you could sort this for me please, as I have given plenty of time for the refund to be processed.
