  1. Ms Z Fincham says:

    Dear Sirs.

I would like this letter to be passed to the relevant department.

I am seeking information and redress regarding erroneous misinformation given to the DWP regarding my allegedly receiving an occupational pension – resulting in my being investigated by the DWP’s Fraud and Error Services Department.
Apparently ‘someone’ told the DWP that I am receipt of this pension.

Being placed under DWP investigation has caused me extreme distress and upset.

If I had not been able to satisfactorily prove my assertions, with the help of my pension managers, I could have faced being taken to court for fraud.

Having successfully dealt with the matter I now want to know who is responsible for why this distressing situation occurred.

I would like to know what action HMRC will take to address this complaint.

I would be obliged if this matter could be looked into as a matter of high importance so that I do not experience this again.

I am happy to discuss this matter in more detail with whomever would like to contact me.
