In 1983, Jet2 Customer Service began its operation with the name, Channel Express, that was when Philip Meeson purchased it. The Jet2 is a British airline that was founded in October 2002 and commenced in February 12, 2003 with a fleet of 59 aircraft and operating on 216 routes and 58 destinations. As of 2014, the Jet2 carried over 6 million passengers. It is headed by Philip Meeson, the Executive Chairman and Steve Heapy, the Chief Executive Officer, having around 4,000 people employed as of April 2015. The Jet2citybreaks was launched in 2015, which is a sister company of the Jet2.

    if i am only booking flights with jet2 to alacanti airport and return to Newcastle airport, can i also arrange transfers by bus to albir, and return, at the same time.

    Good afternoon
    Myself and my wife Teresa Mollon returned home from our holiday on the 30th April after a week at The Cordial Mogan Valle Apartments, Gran Canaria.
    A couple of days after arriving at the location Teresa began to feel unwell with what we thought was a water infection and we obtained medicines from a local pharmacy.
    However the problem got worse and I contacted your 24 hour helpline in the late afternoon of 27th April where I spoke to a lady by the name that I now know to be L.Ellis. This lady was very sympathetic and understanding and gave us details of the nearest public doctor.
    We set off for the location but Teresa’s pain and discomfort by now was quite distressing and uncomfortable due to stomach cramps and I took the decision to enter a private medical centre that we were passing.
    Teresa was treated and prescriptions were issued and she has now made a full recovery.
    The same evening we were contacted by your resort rep. Jess, who we arranged to meet the following day.
    When we met with her she was very caring and professional and offered good advice regarding keeping our room for more hours after the normal departure time.
    Teresa had to re-visit the doctor to finalise her treatment the following day and again Jess contacted us to ensure that all was well.
    We have holidayed with Jet 2 on a regular basis over the last 10 years and this was the first time that we had to seek assistance.
    I would like to commend Jess and  Mrs/Miss Ellis for their care and good advice and therefore could you please pass on our grateful thanks to them.
