    On Sunday the 30/oct/2016 I ordered a Electric Blanket.
    Order no.100597132.
    e.mail reference oci/187481343 to be delivered to my U.K. address.My Wife then informed that I had already bought one fromm you and had no need of it in the the UK.
    So I tried to have the order Transfered to my Spanish address . I was informed this was not possible. I then tried to cancel the order and used your live chat service and spoke with your rep. Andy T. we got cut off but he told me that he would see what he could have most of my coments on my four e.mails to you. I am 85 years oldand thought this cancellation would be easy.
    Pleas help . I will still possibly need this Blanket but need to clear tangle first.

    order number 76026634.Please look at he order number and let me know when I can expect my guarantee plus my extended warranty to come..I have been fobbed of twice after ringing customer services once saying that they have no knowledge of me even having a television and today a promise of a phone call to register the television ( which has already been done ). Please will you sort this out…Thanks

    I have today report how disappointed I am with the way John Lewis Customer Services at the Plymouth Call centre handled our problem. Not only was the initial member of staff arrogant and unable to deal correctly with a simple problem, she at first tried to blame the computer system, which everyone in this day and age knows is hogwash. The phrase for that is as good today as it was 40years ago. RIRO – Rubbish In, Rubbish Out. When that ploy failed she then tried to blame us for not noticing that they had dispatched goods to the wrong address, despite contact e mails from yourselves and the carrier not actually displaying any address information. What then compounds her behaviour which falls far below that which I would expect from any of your staff, even if it was their first day, is the fact, I have now been waiting 5 hours for a member of management to call me back and investigate the complaint!😡
