    Hi I spoke to customer services today and was told that my contract with you was for 18 mths not the 12 mths that I was told by Carphone warehouse when I took out this contract. I now have to pay £39.48 instead of £25. I have just looked at my bills and you have been taking this amount already for 6 months why is this? Hope you can sort this as we are pensioners and cannot afford to pay this amount every month.

    I have been your customer for 8 years. My broadband has never been the best but now… Even though you sent me a new box 3 months ago, the connection is so poor that I have to go on my computer very early in the morning. Could you send me a technician please? I’ve tried everything, even removing the first socket of the telephone plug, as advised by your employee.Nothing… New box. Nothing… The phone line is absolutely terrible. its all a waste of time and money.

    SAdly my old mobile telephone has succimbrd to old age and hard use.. I obtained a replacement, plugged in my Sim card to be greeted by the message”problem with authenticatianginformation.” YOur customer services had a waiting time in excess of 30 minutes so I gave up I am still left with a phone that seems unable to connect with my PLus net hub. HELP

    When I was with BT I had Privacy Caller Display. Now I have transferred to PlusNet I no longer have Privacy Caller Display. Do PlusNet provide this valuable service?
