    I booked a Ford focus CMax on you website (Ref NoPT737204290 in connection with flight FR 4051 from Faro on 19th January. At the time of booking wit you, the car hire cost £234.78p. When I collected the car at Faro airport on Jan 9th 2017 they gave me a Nissan Qasquai and required a payment of £300.37p, obviously not taking account of the £234.78p I had paid when booking. With assistant at Goldcar Desk not proficient in English and me not proficient in Portugese I gave up trying to find an explanation for the £300 added to my booking fee with your website. With paying the extra charge at Faro Airport by credit card I was hoping that they would refund me to my credit card any extra they had overchrged me. I have just received my Credit Card Statement to find they refunded me nothing. The car hire that has cost me more than double what it should have cost.
    I wonder could you help me to get my money back from Goldcar.

    I think its a disgrace that you are forcing me to buy checked luggage before i can proceed to downloading my boarding passes. Its extortion. I already felt obliged to buy your travel insurance but this is just taking liberties. I will be putting complaints in against your company.

    VERY POOR SERVICE HUNG UP 3 times very rude put on hold then cut off 3 times useless service not willing to deal with customer complaints stuff u attitude go away

    I booked a flight from Krakow to Dublin on July 22 for my family of 4. I noticed today the price per ticket dropped from $104 to $94 per ticket. Am I entitled to the $10 difference per ticket ($40 total)?
