    Two attempts to pay for shopping to be delivered after on line payments been declined as needing authorisation code. Advised there is a “technical issue” which has not yet been resolved? I have a monthly direct debit paid into this account for shopping which is useless if not viable. Can you please give me further update on what is going on and how long it is likely to be so, if necessary I can cancel this dd and make alternative arrangements elsewhere.

    We are still waiting for our food which should have been here at 3pm. The depot phoned us and said the driver could not find us. His phone was dead and sat nav busted. The cannot tell us when our £180 order will arrive. What a lot of crap. Ronald a good customer
