    Hi Topshop customers term,

    I would like to address this because he deserves it . I can’t remember his name I call up to the customers services help line he been really helpful very professional ,real polite and being really patient with me specially English now my first language. I’m impressed with him . The order number is 302415958 and
    return number is 24075160 . I thought I write the return number it may easy for you to check the system who is the person I spoke to. Thank you to him and I like shops at Topshop .

    Re order 319956513……..this is showing as monday delivery but I asked for next day??? and placed order yesterday as express next day delivery?

    Very disappointed with the service I received. Spent 40 minutes (majority of it on hold) chasing up a refund I should have received but didn’t. The call as at 50 p a minute so would have cost £20 plus the inconvenience of my time. I requested that Top Shop pay my phone bill but was declined unless I spent another hour on the phone to virgin to obtain a statement. The amount of time I was on the phone would have been clearly displayed. Sent a long email to Ian Grabiner who website claimed dealt with complaints to say the address was rejected. I am a very loyal customer to Top Shop and buy all of my daughters clothes from here. All I wanted was to be reimbursed with the £20 for the unnecessary phone call. I work in retail and have always been taught that customers should leave the shop happy and they will then return.

    I have been notified by Hermes on a Topshop order being delivered ref 0848086805256936 was delivered at a secure location via text 29/11/2017.

    However on tracking device I have since logged in and it shows on tracking the parcel was allegedly delivered 26/11/2017.

    There has been no sight of the parcel nor any card through letter box indicating where parcel may have been left.

    I have contacted Hermes on live we chat where I was advised to contact retailer.

    Can you please look into this.

    I am expecting a parcel delivery this morning as I received a text and email from Hermes, I checked my emails and I have received an email to say my parcel was delivered at 11.11, it most definately hasn’t been deliverd I’ve checked my letter box and front garden. My topshop order number is 3661811691 and the parcel tracking number is 9592577812000539, I have been waiting in all morning for it. please respond asap.

    Last week I sent a message via facebook re. a gift vboucher that had expired I explained that my daughter wanted to buy a coat at top shop and I was told yes they would honour her card I sent all her details etc. and the card number but we still have received any further correspondence. Erin wants to order her coat for Christmas please can you help?

    Hi I just wanted to email to say what fabulous service I had in your Lancaster store on Tues 8th May between 3&4pm. The staff and manager were friendly helpful and looked fab. I love topshop but I feel a little sad we don’t have a larger store in Lancaster. 10 out of 10 for friendliness and making the custoner feel fab.

    Hi I bought this Topshop concession dress last year or earlier. I wore it once already and it was great. I went to wear it again last week to a party and the zip broke as I pulled it up. I am not happy as it was a lovely dress and not cheap but the quality is questionable. Can I be refunded or have it repaired and tiptop pay for the repair?
