    Hello Travel Lodge

After trying initially to deal with a serious and genuine Complaint regarding a nightmare experience with one of your hotel managers, I would appreciate being taken seriously and being treated with the dignity of a genuine enquiry process that at least involves a basic enquiry. I would first like you to immediately forward a contact email please in order that I can progress this matter that took place some weeks ago now. Enquiry should actually entail having a conversation with the customer about what took place at the very least.I am absolutely appalled at not only what took place at one of your hotels, but that standard of what your hotel chain have now called an enquiry process is disturbingly pathetic.

Could someone please ring me. I have visited York (Micklegate) Travelodge and Southport Travelodge in the last couple of weeks and have been infuriated by the wifi service, in York, I was on the phone for 40-45 miniutes trying to sort out a problem with Wifi assist and then Southport for about 30 mins to sort out a similar thing. Have used Travelodges for a number of years and never had this problem until this last year. Its ruined my leisure time.

My wife and I have just returned from our stay at your Travelodge hotel Scarborough,1446819305.Am sure your manager Andrew at this hotel as informed your head office, that on Tuesday,12/06/2018,£ 25.00 was taken form my shirt pocket in the bedroom. The manager informed me today 2 days later that he had carried an investigation, without results, and asked me to contact the police, wich I have done so.My disappointment is that if you manager had suggested to call the police at the time, the matter could have been resolved better.I will point out that I regard Travelodge hotels responsible for this loss, and the matter will be taken forward.
