    Hi, I have been told a package I was waiting for was delivered Wednesday the third to the wrong house and left by some bins but also singed for by Vince, now I have been told to get back in touch with the company (who are rather conveniently not answering the phone) I ordered from to start an enquiry into why my goods are delivered to the wrong house by your company, cannot see this is fair, if your driver cannot deliver to the right no why is this my fault?

    worst service received, Parcel not received on date they said it would, (they had also told me in the e-mail) When phoned the help line to be told it will be monday now, when asked if we could change the address as no one would be in I was told no, someone has to be in. already lost a days pay for a parcel that did not arrive. The agent give me address of the nearst depot but it was a made up address, this company does not want returned business

    I am desperately trying to find someone who can help me in regards to 2 crates that need to be collected from our home and delivered to the USA. My daughter is moving to the USA and both crates are filled with her clothing, kitchen items and general items for the home. For the past week i have been sent from one department to the next. I need the crates to be collected from our home today and a quote given for payment to be made. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP. We had no problems sending 6 crates with personal items from South Africa to the UK, why am i having problems with UPS UK helping?

    I live in Winram Place in St Andrews, Fife which has suffered, and still is, from severe weather. This has impacted greatly on deliveries. However, I have to commend highly your courier for this area. I regularly receive essential medical supplies from Charter, Scotland who use your delivery service. Our local UPS courier battled through our ongoing treacherous weather to deliver. He is always courteous and kind. Thank you!

    Never been more frustrated than dealing with these people. Can only get automated service which tells me what I already know (we have made a 2nd attempt..bla bla). I know that because it is written on the piece of paper in my hand which I have put the number of in to be told what I already know. “More options” just takes me to the same place. Tried to change delivery location and system doesn’t work – so they keep delivering when I know I am not in. Depot 40 miles away!!! Will check carrier with future on line orders and not order if UPS involved
