Please be notified that the helpline of the Southern Electric Customer Service is open from Monday to Friday at 8am to 2pm. Emergency calls are free of charge and open 24/7, but for Electricity Emergency, you have to contact your local network operator. Textlines are open from Monday to Friday at 8am to 8pm and then Energylines from Monday to Friday at 8am to 5pm. Priority Services, Green Deal payments and General Enquiries are also free of charge.
